Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing time can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to orders@kodeclothing.ie and send your item to: 20 Patrick Street, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, R35T2T4.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: 20 Patrick Street, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, R35T2T4.
You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
